With over fifteen years of experience in consulting and managing projects, Christine works with organizations to help them to implement change and manage projects. Specific responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing project and team processes, coaching and facilitating the work of project teams, and developing and integrating systems and tools that enable the organization to reach their goals. Christine focus’ on the result that the organization is trying to achieve and what is the most effective way to achieve that.

Christine is certified as a DDI facilitator, has her BS in Business administration and her PMP Certification through PMI. She has traveled extensively implementing project and change management in the US, England, Spain, Brazil and will soon travel to China, Thailand, Singapore and India.

Christine has presented at Frontiers in Project Management and at Project World on Project Management topics such as: Critical Success Factors of the Project Office and the 7 essential elements of a Project Based Organization.
